House Rules
Bring Friends Members are welcome to invite guests to enjoy the Club. Please check them in with reception, introduce them around, and remain their host throughout their visit. A good guest experience begins with a good host.
Be a Good Steward The Club belongs to all of us. Please treat fellow members, guests, staff, and the spaces themselves with respect and consideration. The character of a club is built one interaction at a time.
Be Present The Club is one of the few places where conversations still happen face-to-face. We encourage members to keep phone calls private and limit screen time in social spaces. Laptops are welcome in designated areas and during quieter hours.
Families Welcome We believe some of life’s best memories are made around a dinner table or by a fireplace. While the Club is designed primarily for adults, children are welcome when accompanied by a member and encouraged to enjoy the Club respectfully.
Dress with Intention The Kansas City Club has always been a place where occasions matter. We don’t believe in rigid formality, but we do appreciate the effort. When in doubt, err on the side of dressing up rather than dressing down.
Respect Privacy One of the great luxuries of club life is the freedom to relax among friends without feeling on display. Please refrain from taking photos and avoid posting or tagging other members.
