University Pub

Our most rented venue, The Pub, is perfect for cocktail hours, networking events, graduation parties, birthday celebrations, or any other special occasion. The Pub takes you back to the 1920’s prohibition era and you can see yourself pulling up a barstool and having a cocktail with Tom Pendergast, himself. Also equipped with three T.V.s and a house sound system, this space is great for sporting events or watch parties of any sort!

University Ballroom

Recently renovated, The University Ballroom is our largest venue with beautiful brazilian wood floors, original crown molding, high ceilings, and stained-glass windows. Capacity allows 180 for seated dinner or 250 for ceremony. Located just off of the 2400 sqft kitchen, this ballroom works very well for formal dinners.

Hearth Room

The Hearth Room has gorgeous floor-to-ceiling windows that offer natural light making this venue a photographer’s dream! Our most popular space for wedding ceremonies, The Hearth Room seats 150 comfortably and boasts the original fireplace to the building. Also great for rehearsal dinners, intimate wedding receptions, silent auctions, or holiday parties. This venue has two giant doors that open up into the Grand Foyer and is also located directly across from the University Ballroom.

Crystal Ballroom

The Crystal Ballroom is our “regal room.” The ice blue color on the walls paired with the gold chandaliers make this venue appealing for baby showers, wedding showers, small ceremonies or perfect for intimate dinners. You can comfortably seat 60 for dinner and the Crystal is directly next to the Pub. Renting these two spaces together makes a great combo!

Eisenhower Ballroom

Located on our third floor is the more contemporary Eisenhower Ballroom. This venue can seat up to 90 for dinner and 150 for wedding ceremony. It also serves as a great break-out space for any seminars or trade shows that are taking place elsewhere in the building. Fun story with this room is that Harry Truman’s poker table once sat in here and the gentlemen of “The Owl’s Club” would congregate in this space!

Truman Room

The Truman Room is also located on our third floor and has the perfect floor plan for a classroom-style setup or small dining area. Original terracotta flooring adds to the historic elegance that still serves the building to this day.

Luxury Suite

Our suites accommodate for getting ready onsite! No need to rush from one location to the other as you are able to shower, do your hair/makeup, get dressed, and invite your closest friends and family to get ready with you. Our Luxury Suite not only offers floor-to-ceiling mirrors but also offers a well-lit hair and makeup “beauty bar.”

Club Lounge

The Club Lounge is a one-of-a-kind experience! Once reserved for squash courts and locker rooms, this venue now offers a golf simulator, basketball court, pool table, poker table, 85″ screen T.V., bar, two restrooms, and another 65″ T.V. Whether you are looking for a getting ready space for a wedding, fun corporate holiday event, or even a fantasy sports draft party location – the Club Lounge offers it all!
